Because each item is handmade, personalized, and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns as a general rule. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re committed to ensuring you love your order.

If you experience any issues with the quality of your item(s) or receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter. We’re happy to work with you to make things right.

For Custom Orders Before production begins on personalized items, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval. Please take a moment to carefully check all names, spellings, and details. Once a proof is approved, we’re unable to remake items due to errors that were missed—unless a new order is placed.
