Custom Orders & Production Timeline

Custom orders typically require 7–10 business days for production after proof approval. Artwork proofs are sent promptly (usually within 24 - 36 hours) via the email provided with your order, so keep an eye out—we’ll be in touch as soon as possible.  We do need time to prepare the layout of your personalized item.

Once your items are completed, they’ll be shipped immediately. Please note that shipping times are determined by the carrier and are separate from our production timeline.

Please note that because all items are hand-designed and crafted by our small business, even those that do not require personalization are made to order, and therefore will take a few days for production.

Returns & Quality Assurance

Because each item is handmade, personalized, and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns as a general rule. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we’re committed to ensuring you love your order.

If you experience any issues with the quality of your item(s) or receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the matter. We’re happy to work with you to make things right.

For Custom Orders: Before production begins on personalized items, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval. Please take a moment to carefully check all names, spellings, and details. Once a proof is approved, we’re unable to remake items due to errors that were missed—unless a new order is placed.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Hammond, LA via USPS Priority Mail. As part of our standard policy since July 2024, we no longer use USPS Ground Advantage due to significant price increases introduced at that time. Priority Mail offers stable rates, faster delivery times, and added protection through insurance in case of transit issues.

Please note that shipping times are not included in the production timelines listed on individual products.

Local Pickup Customers in the Hammond/Ponchatoula/Covington area can opt for local pickup from our booth at the Ponchatoula Country Market or Clayton House Marketplace. Just select "pickup" and we will reach out to you to arrange.
